Troubleshooting Tips
Make sure you click the GO button after entering the Client ID, and not the ENTER key on your keyboard.
Make sure you are using a non-restrictive Internet connection. Public wireless connections often restrict access to certain sites. If you see the message, "this page cannot be displayed", your connection may be restricting access.
