Pinnacle is leading the redevelopment of the Clipper Belt historic building. The project, located directly along the Grand River, will feature 32 new premium loft apartments and nearly 20,000 square feet of class A office space. Pinnacle will occupy the office portion of the project to serve as our new Grand Rapids Headquarters. The project features a complex mix of incentives and tax credits.
