Pinnace is partnering with Talbot Development to bring 72 new high-end apartment units to the Creston Neighborhood in Grand Rapids, MI. Pinnacle is proud to serve as a development partner, architect and general contractor for this project. The building is scheduled to be complete in the fall of 2024.
Pinnacle has been hired to help assist Kum & Go with their expansion across the state of Michigan. To date, Pinnacle has completed 5 new stores and is in the process building numerous more throughout the state. Kum & Go's high end service stores feature clean restrooms, fresh food and made to order sandwiches.
Pinnacle is partnering with Samaritas to develop, design and build a multi-story affordable housing project in Spring Lake, MI. The project is another representation of Pinnacle's commitment to develop affordable housing options for communities and an example of our expertise in the space.
