Verdant on Bridge Street marks Pinnacle’s second development in partnership with Ryan Talbot. This $32 million project brings 148 thoughtfully designed market-rate apartment units to one of Grand Rapids’ most vibrant and growing corridors. Designed and built by Pinnacle, Verdant will offer high-end finishes and a warm, natural aesthetic that blends seamlessly into the surrounding neighborhood.
Pinnacle is proud to partner with Genesis Housing on the construction of their new 55-unit LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) community located along Leonard Street in Grand Rapids’ rapidly developing West Side. The $15 million project, designed by Destigter Architecture, will include 48 one-bedroom units and 7 two-bedroom units, providing much-needed affordable housing options to the area.
Located along the Grand River in Grand Rapids, 974 Front is a transformative mixed-use development led by Pinnacle. This $11 million project will feature 32 modern market-rate lofts and more than 16,000 square feet of office space, which will serve as the new corporate headquarters for Pinnacle. Formerly home to the Clipper Belt Lacer Company, the historic building is being reimagined with high-end finishes, preserving its industrial character while introducing contemporary design elements. The project is fully designed, developed, and built by Pinnacle.
