Pinnacle took on the task of converting the historic St. Joseph Seminary building into an affordable senior living apartment complex.  The building now has fifty-three units with a mix of one-two bedrooms, lofts and studio living quarters.  Preserved historic features of the building include the terrazzo floors, the chapel, and some interior masonry walls.
