Pinnace is partnering with Talbot Development to bring 72 new high-end apartment units to the Creston Neighborhood in Grand Rapids, MI. Pinnacle is proud to serve as a development partner, architect and general contractor for this project. The building is scheduled to be complete in the fall of 2024. Pinnacle's reputation, strong balance sheet and collaborative market were instrumental in getting this project to the finish line in a high-interest and high construction cost environment.
